Refund & Returns Policy

At Kitty Korner, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one – which is why we’ve made our returns policy as simple as possible. And if for some reason things don’t go quite to plan, we are dedicated to make everything right and your experience as pleasant as possible!

Please note: We cannot issue credits or refunds unless you have first sent a valid reason with genuine proof to why you need a refund or credit. Once processed and approved we will issue you with return number and address before you send us back any items. Without these, we will be unable to process your return and refund the cost of your item(s).

1. Faulty or Defective Products:

We are committed to ensuring that every product you receive is in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or defective product, we offer a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you must follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear images and a video showcasing the fault or defect in the product.
  • Include your invoice number and name.
  • Our team will review the provided evidence to confirm the fault or defect.
  • Once the evidence is validated, we will initiate the refund process.

2. Refund Process:

Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. Conditions for Refund:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Kitty Korner
  • The product must be deemed faulty or defective by our Customer Support team after reviewing the provided evidence.
  • The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Items that do not meet the criteria outlined above will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Products with normal wear and tear.
  • Products that have been altered or modified.

5. Contact Us:

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective product and are eligible for a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@kittykorner.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the images and video showcasing the fault or defect.

Note:

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please before placing order make sure that the product is to your absolute liking 
  • You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of an item’s return, unless there was an error on our behalf. Due to the nature of couriers, it may cost more to send an item back to us than us shipping it out to you.
  • Send us an email customer before returning goods with detailed reason to why the goods are being returned. 
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos and a video of the damaged item to admin@kittykorner.com.au, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please make sure picture and video are absolutely clear.
